Plasticizer Type PU Resins
Our plasticizer-type polyurethane resins are designed specifically for flexographic and gravure inks, with tailor-made grades for reverse printing and surface printing. The portfolio includes both aromatic and semi-aliphatic versions, with solid contents ranging from 65% to 73%. In addition to standard ink solutions, we also provide special lamination grades and dedicated grades for deep-freeze packaging applications, delivering excellent flexibility, adhesion, and long-term performance even under extreme conditions.
Film Forming Type PU Resins
Our film-forming aliphatic PU resins are available in a variety of viscosities and solid contents (30% to 55%), making them highly versatile for flexographic and gravure printing. With options in both high and medium molecular weights, these resins deliver excellent film integrity, softness, and adhesion. Furthermore, dedicated grades are developed for compatibility with NC resins and vinyl resins, ensuring optimal performance and print quality across a wide range of ink systems.
