CABLE COMPOUNDS

XLPE
We offer high-performance XLPE compounds with two key grades: 9100H (ambient curing) and 9200H (steam curing). Supplied together with the required catalyst, our XLPE system is a two-component material: Component A is polyethylene modified with hydrolysable alkoxysilane, while Component B is the catalyst. The compounds are easy to process, provide excellent surface quality, and deliver outstanding heat and oxidation stability even when directly exposed to copper or aluminum conductors. Depending on the voltage requirements, we can recommend the most suitable grade for your application.

LSZH
Our LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) compounds are available both for sheath and insulation applications. They are designed to meet BS7655, IEC 60502, and IEC 60332-3 standards, ensuring compliance with international cable regulations. These materials feature excellent anti-cracking performance, strong UV resistance, and superior flame retardancy, while being halogen-free and producing very low smoke emissions. This makes them a safe, reliable, and environmentally conscious choice for modern cable manufacturing.

PV Compounds for Solar Cables
For solar cable applications, we also supply crosslinkable LSZH PV compounds, developed to meet EN 50618 and IEC 62930 standards. Our semi-transparent jacket compounds are available in two types, designed for both inner and outer layers of photovoltaic cables. They offer low smoke, low corrosivity, and low toxicity, combined with an excellent balance of toughness and flexibility. These environment-friendly compounds are tailored to ensure long-term performance and safety in demanding solar energy applications.
